How long will it take to ship?
Processing times typically range from 1-3 business days during normal fulfillment times.
For drop based fulfillment times, processing times can increase to 2-10 business days.
Once processed, orders will be subject to standard shipping times based on your location.
When do I receive my tracking number and/or how can I check my order status?
If you chose First Class Package, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the USPS website.
Please allow for a few days for your tracking information to appear! It may take the post office a few days to scan the package into their system.
What if I want to change/cancel my order before it ship outs?
We can accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
What should I do if I input the wrong shipping address?
Send an email to traannahh@gmail.com with the following included:
Subject : Address Correction + Order # 0000
Name : (Your First and Last Name)
Email: (Your Email that was use for confirmation)
Correct Address: (Your update/correct shipping address)
Keep in mind there is a 48 hours window modify any corrections before we ship out.
What If I haven't received my order yet?
If you have not received the tracking information within 14 business days of your order being shipped, email at traannahh@gmail.com.
The order is marked as "delivered", please reach out to your local post office or neighbors first before reaching out to us for support.
What if my order is marked as "return to sender"?
If the packaged has been returned to us and the shipping address you provided was correct, we will reship the package with no extra fee.
However, if you need to update the shipping address or require us to reship it a second time, we will charge for the shipping costs.
